It was sunny and 5 today in Brampton. Eric made a huge improvement over last year's OFSAA race in Ottawa - he had a strong 16th place finish! At this rate he should be able to crack the top 10 for next year's senior OFSAA race in Sudbury.

It felt like summer today! LOSSA was at Lakeview Park in Oshawa for the first time. There was a nice breeze coming off the lake to cool down the runners on this hot day. Eric Osborne placed 4th and qualified for next Saturday's OFSAA race at Heart...

It was a beautiful sunny day in Brighton today. Erik Strahl finished in the top half of the midget boys 5km race. The rest of the team put in strong efforts. We are training hard for LOSSA in Oshawa on October 25.
